Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the regular registration conference fee for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings.

Registration is available in  ICCCI 2011 Online Conference System. If you already have an account in the system (created for the paper submission) log in with your user name and password and then choose "Register". During the process of registration please provide your paper ID(s).

Students should confirm their student status by sending a letter from either a supervisor, department head, or university registrar confirming their enrollment in a full-time, degree-granting university science or engineering course. The confirmation should be send to us by e-mail or fax.

Registration process starts on 6 June 2011. For deadline dates look at the table below.

Only papers personally presented at the conference will be considered for invitation to the planned special issues for journals in the post-conference publication. The special issues are planned in:

  1. Transactions on Computational Collective Intelligence (Springer)
  2. Cybernetics and Systems (Taylor & Francis)
  3. International Journal of Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (World Scientific)
  4. International Journal of Intelligent Information and Database Systems (Inderscience)

Registration and payments for all authors start on  6 June 2011. The payment must be received by 20 June 2011 in order to guarantee that the paper will be published in proceedings.

Please take into account that the bank transfer payment requires about 10 days to be booked on the conference account.

The registration regular fee for all authors, PSSI members, PT Workshop participants and students includes:

  • conference package,
  • publication of one paper in the conference proceedings,
  • one copy of the conference proceedings (LNCS/LNAI or SCI book),
  • attendance at all conference sessions and keynote speeches,
  • lunches,
  • morning and afternoon coffees and teas,
  • welcome reception,
  • single invitation for the conference dinner.

Payments

Payment should be made by bank transfer or by credit card. If paying by credit card you must use payment in PLN. If paying by bank transfer you can choose one of two bank accounts available: one for PLN and one for EURO.

Official receipts for payments will be handed over to participants at the conference site.

Citizens of the European Union, please note that you must provide your NIP/VAT Number (VAT-ID, value added tax) as it is necessary for the invoice.

Credit card payments in PLN only


If you use the credit card option, an appropriate form is automatically generated by the system at the end of the registration process. Please, print the form, sign it and send to us by fax: +48 58 6901520. For additional procedures, please follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTE: We only support VISA and MASTERCARD

Cancellation policy

Registered non-authors, in case of cancellation before 15 August 2011, are entitled to refundation of 30% of the registration fees. Later cancellations are not refundable.
